It's never too early to start taking them to the theatre. The Baby Show at the Unicorn Theatre is a 40 min play designed to be a sensory experience for your baby - they can even come and play on the set as part of it. Babies laughing, gurgling, hiccuping, or doing whatever they want to do in response is highly encouraged, and it's a very breast-feeding friendly environment.
The theatre itself isn't far from the Tate Modern, so you could extend your visit and go for a walk down to Southbank if you want even more culture in your outing.
