There are plenty of excellent green spaces in London, but Coram's Fields is exceptional because all 7 acres are specifically designed and maintained for children and young people. Adults aren't even allowed in the park unless accompanied by a child or teen.

There's a great mixture of play equipment for children, including 2 huge lawns for children to run around on, a sensory playground, a paddling pool for warmer weather, sandpits, the children's playground, and an adventure playground.

You can come along to an under-5s drop in on any weekday between 9:30am and 12:30pm and enjoy a soft play area for under 2s, a reading corner, and a creative zone - all staffed by a qualified Early Years Practitioner. There's no formal charge, but donations are appreciated as the facilities and sessions are run by a local charity.
